How we work — our policies

Counselling on your medicines
A pharmacist reviews every prescription and is available to advise you on safe use, dosage, storage and side effects — for both new and repeat prescriptions. Call our advice line on +254700000000.
Advice on over-the-counter medicines
We ask for the information needed to make sure a non-prescription medicine is suitable and safe for you before we supply it.
Delivery of medicines
Medicines are packed and delivered securely and promptly, with the cold chain maintained for sensitive products, and a verifiable trail from order to doorstep.
Returns
For your safety, medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot be returned or resold, except where a product is defective or subject to a recall. Contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

If something is not right, please contact us at care@blumpharmacy.co.ke and we will respond promptly. You may also raise concerns with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
